Last week / weekend I was up in Canada visiting some old friends that I have not seen for a long while. It was one certain dudes birthday, and I got to see one of my favorite Goldschlager guzzlers. This trip was pretty awesome. I got to see Rae spend money like some sort of high roller, got to visit people and got to get my drink on.
One night we went to Niagara falls. We went to some museum of serial killers… some look like weirdos but some others I could relate to. 🙂
I played a bunch of craps, not as silly as some…but was up and down. I played $200 and was up to $250 plus what was on the table, and then finally quit when I was down a little bit. I had to have played for 2-3 hrs and it was a good time and I learned more about the game…so it was good.
While all of this was good, there was one part of this trip that was total crap, the trip home from Air Canada. Well Air Canada has done me wrong in the past, and they did it again this time.
The flight was supposed to leave at noon from YYZ to ORD. It was rescheduled to 12:10. No big deal.
12:30 rolls around and they start boarding the plane. They say they are waiting for crew to arrive but we can wait on the plane. Thanks Air Canada.
Anyhow we sit here for about 30-40 minutes and a pilot shows up. He gives some speech on the intercom saying something like “there is a federal regulation that any pilot who works a 12 hour shift is entitled to an hour of lunchâ€. So it seems like the pilot was eating lunch while the passengers wait to get to their destination. I am guessing some brilliant scheduling by Air Canada.
Well then we wait some more and some other crew comes over and we get pushed onto the runway. At this point I fell asleep. Next thing I knew we were in the air and it was 1:50. I set my watch to central time and I think we finally landed in Chicago at 2:15, 1:45 behind schedule. Air Canada SUCKS!
When I got home I see that FedEx sucks as well.

Awesome… dude, air canada does rot…
Glad you had fun. I say we repeat the madness in NY and figure out when we can shoot out to Vegas. 😛
